We will use Amazon.com to find and recommend curated products based on your preferences and the budget you provide.

Within 24 hours of your request, we will send you curated product links from Amazon for your approval.

2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use our service. If you are using the service on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business or entity to these Terms of Service.

3. Request Submission
To initiate the service, you must provide basic information about the gift recipient, including but not limited to their age, interests, and any preferences. You must also specify your desired budget range for the gift. This information will be used to generate product recommendations for you.

Our team will curate a selection of products from Amazon.com based on the information you provide. The product links and recommendations are suggestions only and do not guarantee availability, price accuracy, or shipping times, as these are subject to change by Amazon.

Holiday Helper is not directly affiliated with Amazon.com. We only use Amazon’s platform to source product recommendations. All transactions, payments, and customer service related to the purchase of items will be handled by Amazon.

7. Privacy & Data Collection
We value your privacy and will handle any personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will only be used to generate product recommendations and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We will not store or retain your payment information.

8. Delivery & Availability
